Eldon Chapter and the Companions and Brethren of the Clevedon Masonic Hall donate to the Clevedon and District Food Bank
Eldon Chapter 1755, who meet at the Clevedon Masonic Hall donated a cheque for £150 plus food valued at £200 to the Clevedon and District Food Bank on Friday the 2nd of May. Also presented was a large amount of food donated by the Companions and Brethren of the Clevedon Masonic Hall. This was collated from the “drop box” located in the dining room. Members simply raid their larders prior to leaving home on their way the Lodge or Chapter. This box has proven to be a valuable source for collection.
Kelly, from the Clevedon and District Food Bank passed on her grateful thanks to all the members of the Clevedon Masonic Hall for their donations, explaining it with go some way to help those in need.
