Donations given to Ellenborough Park Pre-school

W Bro Graham Puddy, Prov Charity Steward Craft, W Bro Ivan Marks, King Alfred Lodge Charity Steward and E Comp Andy Clapp representing as Prov Charity Steward and Inkerman Charity Steward, presenting cheques of £500 craft, £200 King Alfred, £300 Inkerman, & £1,000 from Prov Chapter totalling £2,000. Ellenborough Park Pre-school, the Manager, Raiya Every, and staff were over the moon with the speed in which Freemasons responded as they have never had any support like this before.

This was to assist in funding repairs to their outside area fencing, which was destroyed in the gales during late winter, and to replace outside play equipment which was damaged beyond repair. You can see the fencing has already been replaced in 1 of the photos.

They are a small charity helping under privileged local children to have an outside area to play as many who attend the pre-school live in flats or have no garden, so decent play equipment and outside area is essential.

We even had some home made cakes to take away as a thank you, E Comp Andy Clapp will return later in the year when all is finished and update you all.
